Packaging
I want all of my miniature products to arrive perfectly and will package everything securely as I do not want anything to break in transit, this is especially important for 1/48th scale items as they are generally so fragile.
I aim to use as much recycled or recyclable packaging as I can, where I do use plastic, this will be re-useable and recyclable. Items may be wrapped in tissue paper, recyclable foam roll or bubble wrap; and packaged and shipped in cardboard mailing boxes/envelopes. I reuse any other packaging when shipping (especially any bubble wrap I’ve received) and use 100% biodegradable starch based void fill where needed. Please reuse and recycle the packaging where possible.
UK Shipping and Delivery Times
Standard Delivery is £3.95 on all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48
Tracked 48 is now more cost effective than Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class Signed For service. Delivery is typically 2 business days but please allow up to 13 business days at busy times of year. The tracking number will be provided at the point the order is dispatched. If your item has not arrived within 13 business days, let us know and we will do what we can to help.
If you need the item(s) a little sooner, a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service is available as a shipping upgrade at checkout for £4.95
International Shipping
I’m happy to ship items globally and international shipping is available for all items using Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked and Signed service depending on the receiving country.
Royal Mail international post will be tracked within the UK. Once it has been released from customs in your country the package will then be tracked again by your Country's postal service until it reaches the recipient.
Shipping is calculated at checkout with shipping combined for multiple items.
Europe: £11.95 (3-5 business days)
Canada: £17.95 (6-7 business days)
Australia / New Zealand: £15.95 (6-7 business days)
USA: £17.95 (6-7 business days)

Orders from the EU or Northern Ireland
I am currently unable to ship any orders to the EU or Northern Ireland due to GPSR. I will review this periodically.
Orders from customers based in Germany
Orders received from customers in Germany will be cancelled and refunded. This is due to the German Packaging Act. Unfortunately, as a small business owner it is not currently financially viable to register with the LUCID database and pay the associated fees. I will review this periodically.
