Refunds and Returns

I hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but in case you’re not, let me know within 14 days of the order. You’ll need to send the item back to me in its original packaging and you will need to pay for the return postage costs. Providing the item is returned in its original condition and is in a saleable condition, I will issue a refund on the order.

In the event that the item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged item and let me know as soon as possible so I can resolve the issue, either by refunding, replacing or repairing the item. I may ask you to return the item to me for repair, please keep the item in its original packaging, I’ll send you a shipping label to return it to me.
